One of the main reasons of crime is poverty because poor man can not get job because of lack of education. The reason of his illiteracy is not having enough money to full fil the needs of his educational period.
In this ruthless society how a poor man can get a good job. He thinks himself unfortunate and becomes pessimistic towards life. His behavior becomes so cruel towards society and he thinks that society is responsible for his poor present condition. This state of mind leads to him to commit crime and he becomes criminal in few cases.
My personal opinion is that we can diminish the high rate of crimes if we will try to reduce poverty.

Poverty causes crime. People can't always rely on a bill protection insurance to get by, they need government reform.
